DECO Designers was created by design duo Cheko Pérez and Marce Gallo in 2009. Together they have over 15 years experience in Architecture and Interior Design.

Both studied at the University of Guadalajara. On qualifying as an architect in 2000 Cheko worked on both architectural and interior design projects in residential, industrial and commercial sectors with the likes of Grupo Valsi and Nissan. Cheko’s years in Guadalajara broadened his experience in not only architecture but also interior design.

Marce graduated from the same University to become an Interior Designer in 2003. Working for TEC de Monterrey University in Guadalajara she was fully involved in the design of many luxury residential homes and was tasked with the full implementation of each project. It was here that Marce honed her creative flair for design and style in luxury property.

With years of experience in delivering high-profile projects and developing their love for interior design, Cheko and Marce created DECO Designers. From inception their focus has been on providing contemporary finishes that are manifested in projects delivered on time and in budget. Based in Puerto Vallarta they have worked with hotels Marival, Melia, Garza Blanca and ICON designing model units and creating and refurbishing communal areas. More recently they have played with and looked to combine the tropical with loft styles to create uber loft style living spaces at Loft 268.

DECO Designers are also continually involved in home design projects making them versatile and chameleon like in their ability to take a space whether it be residential or commercial and deliver what their client wants.
